Terms of Use for Funpath

Who We Are

Funpath ("the app") is a mobile puzzle game published by Mitrax Games, operated by Mitar Carević, an individual developer based in Serbia ("we", "us"). You can contact us at contact@mitraxgames.com.

By downloading or using Funpath you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Funpath on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The app is licensed, not sold. You also have to follow the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

Full Unlock (In-App Purchase)

Funpath is free to download. It offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called Full Unlock, which unlocks all levels, removes ads, and unlocks solutions. The price is shown in the store before you confirm the purchase.

• Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive your payment details.
• Full Unlock is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies.
• You can restore Full Unlock on a new device using the same store account, where the store supports restoring purchases.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, including the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Promo Codes

We may issue promo codes that grant Full Unlock. Promo codes have no cash value, can be redeemed once, and may not be sold or transferred. We may refuse or cancel codes that were obtained or used fraudulently.

Advertising

The free version of Funpath shows advertisements from third parties. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• bypass purchases, ads, or other technical protections;
• use cheats, bots, or modified versions of the app;
• use the app in any way that breaks the law or harms other people.

Intellectual Property

Funpath, its levels, artwork, music, and the Mitrax Games name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the licence above.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or stop offering the app or parts of it. We try to keep the app working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. If we remove Full Unlock features you paid for, we will act in line with applicable consumer law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Compliance

We commit to offering only products and services that comply with applicable laws, including EU and UK consumer protection rules.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
