This Privacy Policy describes how Funpath ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile puzzle game and this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you choose to submit a bug report through the in-app bug report feature, the following information is collected and sent to us:

• Bug category and description, as entered by you
• Device model and operating system
• Screen resolution
• Graphics hardware name
• Device memory, current game level, scene, and app version

This information is submitted only when you actively choose to send a bug report. It is not collected automatically.

Website Launch Notifications

If you submit your email address on this website to be notified about the Funpath launch, we use that email only to send launch-related updates. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Information Collected Automatically

To provide advertising and to understand and improve the game, the app and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect:

• A device advertising identifier and/or app instance identifiers
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device and operating system information
• In-app events and usage data, such as levels started or completed

Information We Do Not Collect

In the app, we do not collect:

• Your name, phone number, or postal address
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts or call logs
• Photos, videos, files, or browsing history
• Your payment card or financial details

How We Use Information

The information described above is used to:

• Display advertisements in the free version of the game
• Measure how the game is used so we can fix issues and improve it
• Identify and fix bugs from voluntary bug report data
• Send launch notifications when you request them on this website

Advertising

The free version of Funpath displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect and process data such as a device Advertising ID, IP address, and device information. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your choices and applicable law.

Purchasing the one-time Full Unlock permanently removes advertisements from the game.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how players interact with the game so we can improve the experience. Firebase Analytics may collect usage events, app/device identifiers, device and OS information, and coarse location derived from IP address.

In-App Purchases

Funpath offers an optional one-time Full Unlock. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card or financial details.

Data Storage and Sharing

Bug report data is stored in Google Forms or Google Sheets and is accessible only to the development team. Website launch email addresses are stored in the site's waitlist database. Advertising and analytics data is processed by Google as described above. We do not sell your information.

Children's Privacy

Funpath is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information through the bug report feature or website form, please contact us and we will delete it.
